250 Brannan

250 Brannan Street is a three-story historic brick and timber Class A office building with brick walls located near the waterfront in the heart of SoMa, San Francisco’s technology hub. It is just minutes away from South Park, a newly renovated urban outdoor community space, Oracle Park, landmark and home of the San Francisco Giants, and has easy access to the local transit Caltrain station.
